We are looking for graduates to join us as a TSS Sales Representative for MVS Solutions. Here you will be part of the UK TSS sales organization and collaborate closely with the rest of TSS, GTS and the wider IBM.



The role works for a TSS Sales Leader, Solutioning, Pricing and Delivery teams to identify, progress, solution and close transactions.

Your primary function is to work with existing sellers for the first 6 months to identify, validate, qualify and close opportunities You will spend the majority of your time working on opportunities that are less than $10M in total contract value (TCV).



Following a successful 6 month period (longer if required) as a TSS Sales Representative you will be expected to take ownership of accounts in the territory assigned to meet TSS revenue and signing targets while satisfying the expected pre-tax income (PTI) and other financial hurdle rates. At this point the role would be moved on to a commissonable sales plan.



This is an important role within TSS with responsibility for growth of key clients.



This is a critical role within TSS as the MV Services cover all of our fastest growing TSS Key Plays.



Requirements:

BA or equivalent level degree, preferably in Business, Communications, or Technical field
A passion for customer service and relationship building
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, results-driven work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
