Hello, I’m Kess Eruteya, the founder of InclusionZ.
InclusionZ is an emerging platform that strives to bridge the gap between corporations & the newest workforce to enter the industry – Gen Z.
Gen Z are digital natives. They’ve got little to no memory of the world that was present before mobile phones. They’re hooked to social networking & have all the latest technology at their fingertips. They’ve been through recessions, & they think & act entrepreneurially.
All this makes it challenging for companies to attract & retain them.
Gen Z is different from the previous generations. What worked in the past may not fit now.
As companies today are heavily dependent on millennials, they’re struggling to adapt their
marketing, recruitment strategies, & overall identity to appeal to the next generation.
At InclusionZ, we support our corporate partners by helping them better engage, attract, &
retain Gen Z talent. We work with our clients to translate our understanding of Gen Z into actionable strategies in a wide range of functions, including marketing, recruitment, & employee value proposition.
